Successful launch of TurnQuest Insurance Suite a significant step in unlocking APA’s ability to achieve agility, innovation and speed-to-market capabilities

Nairobi, Kenya / 2 May 2017 – Today, APA Insurance announced the successful go-live of the TurnQuest Insurance software implementation project an upgrade of its system that will help streamline its general insurance business.

APA, Kenya’s second largest non-life insurer, deployed the TurnQuest integrated solution to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the firm in an ever changing business landscape. This successful transition to production of the main modules marks the completion of a major step in APA’s upgrade to a versatile system and digital transformation journey. It establishes the foundation for enterprise-wide transformation and innovation that will drive the business into the next generation.

Turnkey Africa completed the project within 9 months of its inception which entailed the deployment of an integrated suite of applications to support APA’s core general insurance business including new business underwriting, quotations, claims and policy servicing. Included in the deployment were also portals for clients, intermediaries, claims intermediation and an upgraded Customer Relationship Management system.
