Sybrin’s addition to the ever expanding TurnQuest integration inventory enables our customers to derive more value from our products to drive their digital strategies.

TurnQuest Insurance Suite users are now able to integrate into the Sybrin document management solution(DMS). With the new integration, TurnQuest users will be able to access and manage information from multiple sources and formats (both structured and unstructured) in one easy to use repository.

Insurance is a data intensive industry. In order to assess risk correctly and adequately support underwriting decisions, insurers delve into varied sets of data. This data can be available within their systems including financial reports, customer logs and employee reports or from third party sources such as social media, the internet, industry reports and government. Because of the varied file formats (structured and unstructured) and sources, extracting information and organizing reports from multiple sources can be a challenging task.

Sybrin enables TurnQuest users to integrate with proprietary information systems in order to facilitate the aggregation of information from a variety of sources. Unlike other document management solutions, Sybrin supports multiple file formats, enables user to link multiple documents to a single case to give an overview of all related information. The DMS also interacts with legacy devices for easy scanning of historical data and integrates with the Microsoft desktop environment to provide full imaging, advanced routing, Enterprise Report Management (ERM), and document management in client/server and web environments.

We therefore provide options and are also open to customizing our solutions to accommodate clients running other DMS platforms currently not provisioned for within TurnQuest.

Thus, aside from Sybrin DMS, the TurnQuest Insurance Suite also integrates into a number of other DMS solutions including Alfresco and Docuware.
